payments are due as outlined in your proposal or invoice. i may ask for a deposit upfront. if something’s going to be delayed, please let me know, and i’ll do the same.

 

 

5. cancellations & refunds

if you need to cancel, just reach out. depending on how far we are into the project, i may be able to offer a partial refund, but i can't guarantee one. if i ever need to cancel for any reason, i’ll be honest and fair about next steps.

6. your role as a client

i’ll bring the creativity and strategy, you bring the insight and feedback. we’ll make the best work together if you’re clear, responsive, and collaborative throughout the process.

7. ownership & usage rights

once final payment is made, the final deliverables are yours to use as you wish. i retain the right to share pieces of the work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise.

8. content on this site

everything on this site - words, graphics, vibes - belongs to me unless otherwise credited. please don’t reuse or republish anything without my okay.

9. third-party stuff

i might link to other sites, tools, or resources. i do my best to vet them, but i’m not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

10. no magic promises

while i put care into every project, i can’t guarantee specific results like traffic spikes, SEO rankings, or sales conversions. strategy is powerful - but outcomes depend on many moving parts.
